"Lake was beautiful as usual. The staff was exceptional - always helpful and friendly. Overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming and felt very safe and relaxing. Breakfast was good - very good fresh fruit salad and yogurt bar and assorted breakfast drinks and make your own waffles (though if they could include chocolate chips as a topping and cinnamon it would make it even better). The prepared cafeteria-style hash browns were very good, eggs not so good. Had an older Inn room which was as advertised. The one we had was clean with 2 twin beds and did not have AC, TV, or microwave (I missed not having the AC as the room was pretty warm despite the ceiling fan and window fan)."

"AWESOME! My wife and I spent our 34th anniversary there and loved every minute of. I haven’t been to lake Champlain in 50 years and the house and property were very scenic and the lower deck by the lake was fantastic. Well done!"
