The staff was friendly and helpful. First night I got in there was no hot water. They had an issue with hot water heater,that and I’ve flown all day so I wasn’t able to take a shower and they said they would do something and I don’t think anything was done I wasn’t comped anything or that would’ve been pleasant.

The perimeter including the pool, hot tub is clean.
The entire restroom is just as clean. I also noticed a cleaned bath mat which usually isn't included. This means safety is a priority. Brownie points!

"We enjoyed our stay at the Albaugh family guest house. The views were amazing. There is a great view of Mt Shasta and Mt Lassen. We enjoyed watching the cows move around in the pasture. A convenient location. We would stay again"
