"The staff were wonderful as they always are. I stay here alot when I come to California and the price is always right and they always do the best job accommodating me but this particular time the shower was just a little dirty. Besides that the place was great"

"The home and property were great! Note that it is a duplex, although we never heard the neighbors. The location was quiet in a suburban neighborhood. Very clean, 2-car garage, kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed and snacks too."

"This was a 5 Star vacation!!! This beautiful rental looks brand new, has plenty of space, bright and happy, has everything you need, fire place and air conditioning, very comfortable, beautiful deck that has shade in the morning / late afternoon which is wonderful / fire pit and BBQ! / overlooks the gorgeous river, quiet and peaceful, a short drive to everything and we had fish for dinner every nite that my brother caught from the river below! Too much fun! Fishing was fabulous in so many locations! The birding is off the charts everywhere also! We didn't have time to do all the water sports but we will in the future. It will be our new home away from home when we go back to visit Lake Almanor / Hamilton Branch many more times in the future! Thank you Debbie and David for being such lovely and generous hosts! Looking forward to future vacations at your lovely rental! :)"

"John the host was awesome. Communicated with us through the whole stay. The deck was nice. We spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed being so close to the lake. We loved all the extras like the paddle boards and all the places for everyone to sleep. Thank you for everything."
