I was notified that there would be no receptionist when i checked in and had to check in online. However i was notified of this when i landed past their buisness hours. The email i was sent to conduct the online check in did not work. However, when i called the number i was connected to a live representive who was very kind and able to assist me in a timely manner. Not a complaint directly of the hotel however worth noting that most directions to the hotel lead to an alley next to the hotel wich lead to some difficulty finding the hotel. Once i was able to check in the hotel was of a modern design however suffered from some poor detailing work. Consistently through out the hotel and room there was poor grouting in the tiles, poor trim work, and rushed paint jobs on par with a 2 or 3 star hotel. For the price point and how the hotel is advertised this lead to a disappointing and underwhelmimg stay.
