Halcyon Haven is a dreamy coastal getaway designed with families in mind. Nestled in peaceful Aldinga Beach, this fun, sprawling home has it all—playground, rumpus room, private backyard, and a full entertainer’s kitchen. Just minutes from the Esplanade and Star of Greece, it’s perfect for beach days, cosy movie nights, and creating unforgettable memories with the whole crew.

At the heart of the home is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that makes relaxing and getting together a breeze. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, rice cooker and coffee machine, plus a walk-in pantry and children’s dinnerware. Gather around the eight-seater dining table under soft natural light or head into the adjoining lounge to enjoy a Smart TV and cosy seating. Split-system air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

The magic continues in the dedicated kids’ rumpus room. Think cinema-style projector, oversized modular sofa, beanbags, books, games, and a Lego stash—perfect for playtime, winding down, or rainy-day fun. Step outside to a fully fenced, pet-friendly backyard paradise. A shaded outdoor dining table and BBQ are perfect for alfresco meals, while kids will love the play area featuring twin slides, swings, a rock climbing wall, sandpit and space to run. There’s even a net for pickleball or volleyball fun. By the entry is a comfortable workspace when it’s time to work.

The primary suite awaits with a king bed, walk-in wardrobe, stylish ensuite, and even a cot and high chair—ideal for new parents or early risers looking for a quiet retreat. Down the hallway, bedroom two offers a queen-sized bed and a built-in wardrobe. Bedroom three has a super king bed that can be split into two singles—great for flexibility. Bedroom four is made for little ones, with two sets of king single bunk beds, a reading nook, table and chairs, and plenty of playful touches. The main bathroom includes a large vanity, bath and separate shower, great for post-beach soaks or family bedtime routines.

The laundry is fully equipped with a washer, drying rack and a separate toilet for added convenience. On-site parking includes a driveway for two vehicles, and street parking may also be available.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
