"Great location with nice people. My sheets were not the cleanest, as I had some blood stains. The management was very apologetic and I appreciated their concern. If you have anything happening at SMU, it could not be closer! "

"We had a great stay. Very cute historic hotel walkable to many places. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Front desk staff was ver friendly. The only downside is not any parking nearby and valet is $45 a night. Also, most of our stay only one elevator was working which meant about a 20-30 min wait for an elevator or walk up 14 flights of stairs. Overall would stay again, just hope they get the elevators fixed. "

"The property is showing its age and I’d judge it as being in fair condition. BUT renovations are in progress (though quiet throughout my stay), the staff was friendly and helpful, my linens and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the property felt safe. It was a great stay for my quick trip to the area. "

"Very clear instructions for getting keys - they even include pictures. Beautiful property. Friendly ppl in building. Concierge very helpful. Very safe. Lovely grounds and katy trail across street. Amazing pool and bbq area. Shirt walk to American Airlines center. Ten minute drive tops to jay Bailey Hutchinson. Room very clean.
