Bugs in the bed on arrival, mattress was so worn out it folded in the middle, mattress was brown and dirty, walls were nasty, also they are full size beds not queen. Rooms are tiny

2nd Floor King Bed is worn down. I could feel the springs when turning and squicks. The shower faucet water is slow, wall has stains and corners ripped off, WiFi was weak. Super slow. The breakfast was mediocre. Not much of a variety.

Staying here literally gave me a headache and there was a lingering maybe wet odor. I had to buy some febreeze. This stay threw my sinuses out of whack and it was not the weather. I would not recommend unless they do some cleaning updates.

We found a big cockroach on the ceiling near the TV area. After calling the front desk to notify them. They said they didn’t have anyone that could help us to take it away. Luckily, we were visiting family and they brought some spray to kill it and take it away.

Great Hotel and very affordable

Great hotel. Breakfast was hot and had plenty of choices. Star was friendly and the hotel room was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at the Edison Hotel in Dallas, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The towels were in terrible condition — rough and uncomfortable to use. To make things worse, there were loud noises in the middle of the night (around 3 a.m.) that made it hard to sleep. When I asked about checking out just 10 minutes past the 11 a.m. checkout time, I was told I’d be charged a late checkout fee. The front desk staff wasn’t welcoming at all, which made the situation even more frustrating. Breakfast was another letdown — the scrambled eggs were soggy, overcooked, and tasted awful. Overall, this hotel needs major improvement in cleanliness, hospitality, and food quality. I would not recommend staying here.

What a hidden treasure. One block off of beltline. Bed linens and towels were very nice. Clean pool and a hot breakfast completed the perks Great rate better in many ways than the motel 6 around the corner

First of all, for the price it's great. However, it was hassle to get re-keyed everyday because key looks like it resets after 1 time use or each day. Also, found a big roach in front of my door.

I’ve now stayed here 3 times, again my room didn’t have a refridgerator, despite that being named in the room booking. My room this time was by the pool and felt damp. The hallway also seemed to have some damp issues - which could be due the the heavy rain we’ve had or humidity. I will most likely stay somewhere else next time I’m in the area.

Wrong information on reservations

Well the reservation was not what the description says I was Charged with a high deposit and I reserved With a card they did not accept. Without any notice of these issues I was Forced to have my someone else pay it. These things are important to mention like $100 deposit and no cash accepted along with all debit cards not accepted.
