"The place was nice and cost with lovely features throughout to add to the whimsy. It accommodated my two dogs and had a park close by that I could walk them to. There was enough space for my group, they offered a lot of extra fun items (board games, outdoor games, dog specific towel etc). The host gave great welcome information, responded clearly and quickly and provided detailed instructions on everything in the unit. "

"Ski in ski out was fine, a bit of walk in some spots but not so bad as I would even come back for lunch. Hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Really enjoyed our stay would return again, space was perfect for 8 of us"

"Our room was right beside the hot tub, they could literally see into part of our room. The room is dated, very small, the kitchen poorly stocked with dishes and cutlery. The bed is ok, access to skiing and the village is really good. When sitting on the patio, it should be properly screened from the hot tub. No chairs on the patio"

"We loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view from our room which was a view of the Gentle Giant ski run. I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t have daily maid service, considering how much we paid to stay here. There was a slip that you could fill out to request towels. I put that in and they called and said that I had to come down to the front desk with my dirty towels and they would give me clean ones. They couldn’t deliver the towels because they had too many bookings, but weren’t apologetic at all for the inconvenience. Apologies in my book go a very long way and a smile and how is your stay go a mighty long way, but we received none of those common greetings that you typically get at other hotels. I must add that when I asked for a cleaning towel and cleaner so that I can clean the bathroom myself, they had sent someone up anyway to clean the bathroom. I need to acknowledge that. The hotel needs a major update as well. With a renovation update and training staff to be more welcoming and gracious, this hotel could be a 5. "
