Nordic Villa overbooked. I booked a suite and I was told there are no more rooms available at 4pm. After complaining about their unprofessional nature, they found a room but it is a downgraded regular small room with no windows. I received no refund for the cost difference of the room.

The staff in particular were wonderful. Attentive, friendly, professional, and happy, which you don't always find in a Nigerian hotel. The rooms were nice and the beds were divine. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with lovely outdoor seating areas.
I love this property and have stayed many times. But the VIP access is a bit of a joke. I always have to struggle to get the bottle of wine and am never offered an upgrade.

The room & bathroom were clean and comfortable and also spacious. staff were very friendly and respectful. drinks on arrival was a nice touch too.
Only downside is the photos advertised are of their sister-branch. The Nordic Villa has no fitness centre, restaurant or swimming pool on site (so no early morning swims!) They do however have a shuttle service to take you to the other branch about 15mins away.
Just a bit misleading.

I like this property but of the four times I've stayed here, this was the most disappointing. Internet wasn't working, my room was not that great, I had to insist to get fruit for breakfast. Otherwise, great personnel and nice environment.

This was a very unique experience for me seeing a hotel that mirrors its online pictures. I was impressed with the location and the state of the hotel itself. Very neat and simplistic decor. My only complaints are the lighting and no kettle in the room. Other than that I was impressed with the amenities available at the Gym and Pool - the one thing that let this experience down were the management staff at Blue Cabana - I don't know what the issue is with keeping a key at reception for those using the facilities. Every single time the hotel reception need to go and seek authority for the key. Another thing that pissed me off is the fact that every time I go there they are for a card which apparently inst always given but the understanding is the towels provided act as they "key" i was made to explain myself on too many occasions which became pathetic and embarrassing.
The Nordic as a hotel in all was a positive experience. Although booking from Expedia should have come with breakfast

The staff were amazing and really friendly helpful. The place is neat. The breakfast wasn’t great, limited options. There were ants in the bathroom non stop. The hotel is really cosy and has lots of working space which is nice.

Relatively large bright room, lovely staff, peaceful working environment but excellent leisure pool and gym at sister Nordic Hotel 10 mins drive away via complimentary transfer there and back.

I have stayed here before and live this hotel, but this time my room bathroom was a bit dated and the shower didn’t work very well. A bit disappointing. I would recommend checking the room before settling in. It’s still a nice quiet place to stay.

Cleanliness and the staff professionalism. I was impressed with the staff that was on duty at the front desk when I arrived late on November 30, 2018. He made sure I did not go to bed hungry by securing food even though it was late and the kitchen was closed. The room I stayed in and the compound was really clean. Love the deco and simplicity of the hotel. Will recommend to friends and family.

Clean and private villas. Staff all over were helpful and tried their best to accommodate my needs.
The villas are well located to Jabi Mall, which is only a 10/15 minute stroll away.

The Nordic Villa is a very nice boutique hotel! It is a bit off the main highways, but well worth the effort to find and stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
