"Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed."

"Excellent experience in every way. The house was clean and perfectly suited for my wife and two young kids. The beach was a quick walk down the street and there is a really nice park nearby as well. The owners were very responsive and professional. Zero complaints, would visit again "

"We arrived to the home about 5pm. They never sent the code to the door so I had to message someone to get the code. He asked me was I sure I never received it. Then he said, I would receive it 2 hours prior to check in at 4, well it was 5pm. When we got inside, the house smelled old and moldy. The sofa was disgusting with stains all over it. We immediately left to go to Walmart for candles and cleaning supplies. On the way, I messaged the host to inform them what was going on. They offered to send someone out the next day to clean the sofa. Well that took 2 days to dry and we had no where to enjoy the space as a family. At this point, we also did not have the code to the play room. We cleaned the house and covered the sofa with sheets. This did nothing for the smell coming from the sofa. The bathroom showers were not clean, it was black “stuff” in the corners of the shower. Then we had an uninvited guest with a very large field roach. In one of the closets, I guess the cleaning crew was not in the mood to fold sheets and they were stuffed in the closet as if they were just taken off the bed. This home has potential but needs a very good deep cleaning and a new sofa. "

"Check in was easy, the apartment was roomy and very clean. It had some basic amenities, like cooking sheets, pots, pans, olive oil, and some spices. Beds were very comfy. I used the laundry facility a couple times. The washers and dryers were newer and well maintained. Heck out was a breeze. The only thing we had any issue with was the parking was very tight. There is room for all the cars, but you have to do a little Austin Powers shimmy to get in straight when the lot is full. "
