"This home was exactly what my family and friends needed. The space is there and it was a lot of rooms for everyone to have their own area. They had washing machines and dryers as well. The Host was amazing with sending information and allowing us to stay a little later past check out since we had a long drive home. They sent over all the information which made it an easy transition unto the property. The only thing that could be improved is the fixtures. Some of the faucets were falling apart. This house has SO much potential however, things ares being patched up and no updates. If the owner takes the time and put a few extra dollars into this home, they will always be booked up. Other than that my family and I really enjoyed staying here and communicating with the Host was also a pleasure. "

"We arrived to the home about 5pm. They never sent the code to the door so I had to message someone to get the code. He asked me was I sure I never received it. Then he said, I would receive it 2 hours prior to check in at 4, well it was 5pm. When we got inside, the house smelled old and moldy. The sofa was disgusting with stains all over it. We immediately left to go to Walmart for candles and cleaning supplies. On the way, I messaged the host to inform them what was going on. They offered to send someone out the next day to clean the sofa. Well that took 2 days to dry and we had no where to enjoy the space as a family. At this point, we also did not have the code to the play room. We cleaned the house and covered the sofa with sheets. This did nothing for the smell coming from the sofa. The bathroom showers were not clean, it was black “stuff” in the corners of the shower. Then we had an uninvited guest with a very large field roach. In one of the closets, I guess the cleaning crew was not in the mood to fold sheets and they were stuffed in the closet as if they were just taken off the bed. This home has potential but needs a very good deep cleaning and a new sofa. "
