"I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service.
When I arrived I followed the instructions provided and rang the number provided by Novotel to book the free shuttle to the hotel.
Unfortunately noone answered dispite trying over 5 times and waiting over 30minutes. I ended up walking to the hotel which is a walkable 10-15mins, however after a long flight and with luggage it is not ideal.
Apart from that, the hotel is lovely with a great gym, swimming pool,...
