"It’s was totally disappointing, first, my booking was at Pudu Sentral eventually they change the Hotel booking to another branch and informed lately where’s I was reached at the lobby (my first frustration), that was quit hustle and unprofessional. Secondly, The hotel should inform the customer on time of check in , that’s the area is facing water problem.
