"The room we got was on 5th floor but they have an elevator, which is helpful. We had a balcony and an ocean view as well! We used the fireplace at night with the help of the front desk staff, who was especially patient. Th we breakfast was good. A good variety of foods for everyone. It's also within walking distance from downtown Carmel. I would stay here again. Great value for the money!"

"The standard king bedroom requires a lot of maintenance. Dirty & worn carpet, tv not working, fridge leaking water, bathroom extraction fan very loud & the rooms temperature control was installed but not connected to anything."
