Our daughter experienced a medical emergency and had to go to the emergency room earlier that day. Because she was diagnosed with contagious conjunctivitis, she was unable to stay in the hotel room we had reserved for her. We truly appreciate the fact that the BW team took the time to understand our circumstances and cancelled the reservation for us. They did not have to do that, but you chose to help us—and that meant a great deal to our family. When someone is dealing with an unexpected medical situation involving their child, the last thing they need is to worry about additional complications or financial concerns.
