"The employees were very kind! The room was clean and property was nice."

"Disgusting hotel. The mattresses were stained brown. Lights flickered constantly. The TV screen was burnt with 3 bright lights on the screen. There were stains on the walls, carpet, and shower. No shampoo was provided, and the conditioner bottle was rusted. The entire room smelled musty and mildewy. The internet would only connect to one device only. You could not disconnect and connect another device ever. There were air conditioning units sitting in the hallway — one plugged in and one not plugged in. The pictures online were false advertising. It showed a bench by a lake, but there is no lake anywhere near the property. The pool was extremely tiny, and the grounds were covered in trash. They advertise as pet-friendly, but there was nowhere clean or safe for pets to use the bathroom because trash was everywhere. There were also around 10 mattresses piled up against the dumpster out back. The only good thing about this hotel was the location. "

"Newly renovated. Nice tile. Bathroom has upgraded shower. A/C was very cold. Front desk man was very kind and helpful. Beds are comfy. All around this property exceeded my expectations. "

"We were given a room key upon check in and, when we returned much later, someone else had been checked into that room. It’s always an awkward moment when you walk into someone else’s room while they’re sleeping at 1 AM. No amenities to speak of (vending, ice machine bucket, etc.). Furnishings were decent, pillows were terribly hard. Room was clean but very very loud. Not a great part of town. We definitely will seek alternate accommodations next time."

"We stayed here because every hotel was booked up for the Morgan Wallen concert. We unfortunately got stuck with a smoking room,the bedding had cigarette burns in them and one of the blankets on the bed had a disgusting used band-aid on it. There was hair in the bathtub and on the floor when we got there. I ended up cleaning the room before we settled in (thank goodness we were only there to sleep). The housekeeping guy was nice he chatted with us when we were entering and leaving the room multiple times. I would not recommend. Last resort only if needed like we had to do."
