Got upgraded to one of the timeshare apartments and lived in LUXURY for my couple day stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe on the property. Rooms were beautiful and very clean I will definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay close to Universal. Resort is quiet and has a laid back atmosphere. Pool and hot tub area great as well. Only negative I would have is restaurant closes way too early. I would recommend if looking for a great place to stay that is affordable.

As always my stay was great. The staff was also amazing.

The Island Buliding is more of an inconvenience than an "upgrade" as the receptionist stated. All of the amenities are in the main building. It was quiet. We found it difficult to charge our phone as most of the outlets apart from those in the restroom areas were difficult yo access or did not work. The balcony door was also very difficult to open and close - often partially opened. once completely closed the A/C worked beautifully. Housekeeping was amazing and swiftly accommodated any requests. Stay was "meh".

The villa was very spacious with a nice layout, but the living room furniture needs to be replaced in the unit we stayed in. The pool area/lazy river was very nice. The employees were sweet and helpful. We would stay here again.
