"Very good service, excellent location, very clean room with an extraordinary view. But upon arrival at 3:15 pm, I left my luggage at the entrance and it never arrived in my room. I had to ask for it, and it was in another room—a nightmare. Luckily, it was recovered without any problems, and I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel."

"Very Good experience but they have removed tea and coffee from the room. 5th floor unfortunately beside swimming pool so bit lack of privacy as you have to keep the curtain closed all the time."

"The staff were amazing and polite. Cant fault this property for anything. We had the junior suite and it was clean and spacious. Bathroom was big, only downside was the rainfall showerhead didnt work but no big deal as rhd handheld one was more than sufficient. Location was great, 10 min walk from terminal 21. Its also close to the highway which means less waiting in traffic. Busy area lots going on but the rooms are quiet so no issue there. Attached restaurant does amazing food!!"
