"Pretty sure I received email after the cancellation window ended to say that if we wanted to swim in the pool it would cost 10 pounds per person for an hour and needed to be prebooked. This is appalling!! Nothing about this was mentioned when I booked. Gym was included! The upside was that we paid Au$380 for Friday and Saturday night. Upon arrival we were told breakfast was included... Breakfast was fab.. large range of juices, good hot food, fresh fruit salad..."

Breakfast was at 7:00 but on arriving soon after it was obvious that the bus tour passengers had been earlier as lots of buffet was awaiting refills, Down side was room was very cold on arrival and took a while to become bearable!."
