The hotel is in a fantastic location to where I needed to be. Room is clean, bedding is clean. Service is always amazing. The room that I had had a sofa in it very comfortable. Check in fast and easy. Staff are amazing

The hotel is in a perfect location, clean and fresh. Room was clean signs of wear and tear does need to be refurbished.

Hotel is in a fantastic location, very quiet you don’t hear no traffic, bedding was clean and fresh, room smelt fresh and was very clean. The lady night porter very rude. The lady checking us out was lovely and amazing. Will definitely use again. The hotel does need updating but it does the job.

Comfortable plane to stay in the M4

Great guy on reception - very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Despite being just off the motorway our room looked out at a wooded wildlife area.

Needs updating. Excellent customer service

The staff were fabulous. Greeting us in arrival and when i requestsd a 2nd pillow despite advising this may be different as they were fully booked. The receptionist managed to get 2 extra pillow's. Was also very helpful advising us how to get out by car when we were going out for dinner. The rooms themselves were very tired and need an update the bathroom especially. There is no free wifi, qe originally onlt had 1 pillow each. The corridor smelt very strongly of cannabis. We mentioned this to the receptionist..We paid over the odds for the night in our opinion and for the things mentioned we would expect more.

Some people have a poor view of this hotel, it had hot water, clean towels, friendly staff and for about £35 a night what afr you expecting.

The room was tired & in much need of renovation. In the bathroom the lapped up coving was coming away in several places, and the toilet & wash hand basin had limescale build up on them. The room however was clean & tidy.
