"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, the service was great, and overall we really enjoyed our experience. The only downside is that the hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some updates and renovations. That said, it was clean, comfortable, and we would happily return."

"It was great for a first experience for this chain. Check in and out was super smooth and quick. Our rooms were very clean. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Breakfast was very good. Looking forward to staying again when come back up visit my kid at UB."

"Honestly it was a cheap place to lay my head and the view of the air plains was spectacular but i had an issue with the mini fridge, the light and the tv and when i went down to the front desk they sent a staff member in who proceeded to tell me that the one lamp always flickers bwcause it has a short so thats nit saff its a huge fire hazard. Then i was expecting what all other hotels usually have because the pictures show a microwave and coffee pot in the rooms but the staff member said they got rid of them besides a shared microwave in the lobby to keep theor prices low(my hotel near darien lake was cheaper than here and much better)but other guest confirmed all the other rooms had the microwave and only some had coffee pots. This was not a great experience i will not be staying there again"

"The room was decent. They did not offer continental breakfast like Expedia advertised but the hotel emailed me about that. They need more lighting in the parking lot for safety purposes. Staff was nice. Parking lot could be cleaner but we understand they seemed short staffed. The room was decent for the price we paid."
