"The room was very clean. A/C unit was ok. Thermostat wasn't working so we had to use the controls on the floor unit. Breakfast was very good. Overall, we stay there again when visiting the area."

"Every aspect of my stay was travel perfection! The location was easily accessible, and close to stores and restaurants. Check in and out was quick. Staff were all polite and helpful. The room was amazing! I encountered a minor TV malfunction, that was handled immediately. I would return again, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to others."

"My husband and I love the Empress. It is located right across from the beach and the boardwalk and the Pinball museum. We took a day and use the pool and it was fantastic. The people that work there are very kind and easy to talk to. We stay there about four times a year and never had a bad experience and the place is clean."

"Great location, amazing beach. The spa was really good too. Rooms are big but could have been cleaner (they are clean but not so throughly) and the staff are quite abrupt and not interested in giving much information or asking about your stay."
