Sonesta Chicago O'Hare Airport Rosemont
8/10 Good
"I think the nice thing about this hotel is it’s close to O’Hare Airport. Also, this hotel has a shuttle to and from the airport and the gentleman that drove the shuttle were extremely kind and professional. I liked our room. It was two queens and they were in separate rooms. That was nice. The only thing I didn’t like was it was run down, for example the bathroom shampoo, conditioner, and soap containers were supposed to be on the wall, but instead they had duct tape around them and they were leaned up against the tub. Also, the window treatments were very old needed to be updated. The pillows on the bed were horrible. The bed was not comfortable. It was the worst night sleep. We ate at Harry Carey’s, which was in the hotel. The food was OK. I wouldn’t go back there."
