"Good location on the water"
We stayed in a queen room with no kitchen or fridge, which is ok if you dont want to make any food or drinks, we did get a foam cooler from Winn Dixie for $2.99 which once we got ice from the reception was good enough for keeping water, beers and bait cold. There is a fishing jetty if you want to fish and plenty of hammocks, chairs around the water along with the loungers around the pool. Its not luxury, but it is a good location, friendly staff, continental breakfast included and the beds are very comfortable.

"Nice room with a great marina view"
This was our second stay at the Kingsail. This time we had a king room with a screened porch that had great marina view. It was a good place to relax with the morning and evening breezes. We saw manatees, pelicans and other bird life from our porch. The bed was very comfortable with other the basic room furnishings. The pool was nicely done and relaxing. The room was clean and mopped daily but the maids seemed to miss the edge of the floors with the mop. The staff was helpful and cheerful throughout our stay. We liked the room and motel inspite of the edgy mop, and will book it again next month.

"Fun, eclectic hotel - perfect for girls' trip"
Really liked the hotel- very much a Key West authentic experience. Great staff, pool and beach were good, shuttle was definite perk. Highly recommend on-site nighttime light up kayaking (additional cost).

"Key West Getaway"
Very nice. Our son convinced us to stay closer to Duvall Street and we are so glad we did. Southernmost Inn is close to lots of restaurants, shopping and of course bars in Key West. Our room was very clean comfy, and quiet. Great Getaway!

"Nice, close to the city "
Room was nice, great view, very spacious. Only downside the bed in the room was too hard for us and the a/c was not blowing in the room.

"Nice close to beach!"
We enjoyed our stay at Banana Bay. It had a tropical feel to the resort, and we ate breakfast on the beach! The hotel could use some freshening up especially in the bathrooms. But overall it was a fun experience!

"Close to Key West's Main Attractions "
This property is in a gated area near Duval St., and Mallory Square, so while it's close to the action, it's also quiet and private. Each room in the hotel is unique, and it offers use of its sister property, the Westin resort, just a few blocks away. We arrived on a Friday night, had dinner of Duval St., watched the sunset, walked the neighborhood, and then spent almost the entire Saturday in the pool at the Westin, enjoying the hospitality of the Westin bar staff at poolside. Best of both worlds, the one-off hotel, and the chain resort. Don't expect much breakfast at this "B&B," as packaged pastries, yogurt, and breakfast bars were the main offerings. One HUGE perk: parking spaces at the hotel made it possible to park at the door and we never moved the car. We walked everywhere. Our room was on the second floor, which involved a 30-step climb from street to door, but shouldn't be a burden for most "B&B" users. And each room has its own bathroom, which exceeds expectations for most B&B people.
