"Beautiful views and great communication from the owner on how to find it and access your hut. We stayed in The Hive for one night and it was a little dusty, everything needed a deep clean. It didn’t ruin our trip, and would visit again in the hope this was a one off error."

"Perfect ‘treat’ break … lovely pub/hotel. The weather was superb too! Room was everything we would put on a wish list (it was a great price on our budget so didn’t get church tower & high st views) but everything so easily walkable. Lots cafes restaurants but chose hotel as vg menu choice on a Sunday night! Thanks to all staff who were extremely accommodating & friendly. We will def visit again. "

"We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Landgate cottage. It is a great location. I short walk into the beautiful village of Rye and to wake up to the view of The Landgate was fantastic. Bonnie and Adrian were great hosts, who communicated all details before our stay. The milk, bread and cakes on our arrival were also welcome after a 6 hour drive. I can honestly say our visit to Rye and Landgate Cottage was faultless."
"The house lived up to expectations. Great location, great views. All bedrooms with en suite and all very large. Masses of space downstairs with great family areas.Books everywhere, games for adults and children. Very pleased with the stay.Only small (very small) issue is that wifi is a bit underpowered Loved our break and will come again"
