The room was quite comfortable, the hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was close to the subway at Lincoln Center and easy to hail a cab. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a lovely location. Lobby and the rooftop bar are beautiful. The staff was very efficient and friendly. The room, however, was very small and shabby. Things like peeling paint and wallpaper took away from the experience.
