"A new building designed in the style of colonial era homes. Larry and Patricia were terrific hosts. Breakfast was made to order and amazing, including biscuits made according to Larry’s grandmother’s recipe. Comfy bed, plush towels. The dimmer switches for the lights are a great touch. Plenty of parking, nice large backyard with tons of birds. Remote location so it’s nice and quiet. Absolutely would stay here again! "

"Had fleas in the room. (My wife got mad leaf early. Didn't even want to eat breakfast. Got bit on the back of my neck and arm. Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call."

"Room was clean except the shower curtain would not close all the way, showerhead was covered in mold and the deck was filthy-birds nest, dirt splashed on walls, lots of leaves and debris. Ac did not function properly the first night. Reported issues to staff-they fixed the ac & replaced the shower curtain. Luckily there were 2 bathrooms so we used the other shower. Found out as we were leaving that they cleaned the deck on the unit above us. Staff was friendly, amenities and the grounds were nice."

"We arrived at the hotel, and it was great. A young female can't remember her name, sorry. She had greeted the family with a smile and was helpful on are stay. She recommended some great restaurants & places to visit with coupons. We are talking about returning next year. The other staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good."

"Our room was in one of the guest houses far from the main building, and on the second floor. There was no luggage cart and we took 2 trips down to the garage. The receptionist said nothing about that. No overhead lights in the room so it was very dark. Only 1 knob to hang bath towels so it encouraged guests to use the towels only once. What’s wrong with hotel designers?"

"This was a great stay for the price. Our 2 br unit had some raggedy moments, but it's obviously an old property. The first thing we saw upon entry was a huge burn in the carpet (might wanna touch that up). The couches looked like somebody's grandma died on them. On the other hand, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and stocked. The pool and amenities were great for kids. Overall a good stay. We'd book again."
