"Mary has a great set up. We loved being able to bring our dogs and let them run around and explore the property. It was the perfect weekend space to relax and unwind. My own complaint is the booking is listed as a “private and peaceful stay” however while we were there about 6 side-by-sides drove up the private driveway and hung out for 30-40 minutes at the top of the hill. "My husband and I needed a place for one night near Wellsboro and found this place. Rough Cut Lodge was so nice. We stayed across the road from the main lodge area in a suite and loved it.Comfy king bed, kitchen area and sitting area were all great. Nice porch that you can watch for wildlife. So nice. I am glad I found this place and can't wait to come back!"
