"Visited in May 2024 - this is a wonderful, clean, stay in a second-floor carriage house, literally a stone's throw from a private sandy beach. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry, with convenient beach chairs and umbrellas, toys for the kids. WiFi is spotty, but who wants to do work when the beach is across the street?!? Highly recommended!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Mystic Memories. We were there for the half marathon and the hosts were very accommodating of our arrival and departure schedule. The house was extremely clean and very well decorated giving it that beachy feel. My kids loved the games that were available and being able to walk into Mystic for ice cream and shopping. Although we chose not cook while we were there, the kitchen seemed to have just about everything you would need. We loved being able to walk to a bakery...

"This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning/maintenance people were outside having a screaming match. There were mouse droppings in the cabinets with the dishes. There were acorns on the couch. One of the queen size beds were broken and unable to be slept in. There was supposed to be a pull out couch which in fact was a blow up mattress. "Best affordable hotel in Montauk"

"The guest house was cozy and well stocked. We had a great and relaxing stay. We didn't have great weather to enjoy it, but the deck and outdoor space were lovely, and the view was amazing. The host was very helpful and attentive."

"We stayed here for a 3 night weekend getaway for our 10th wedding anniversary. Plenty to explore, pool was open and weather was just gorgeous. Apartment was clean & cute, decor a lil outdated. Only complaint was the queen bed was very uncomfortable and made noise every time you moved."
