"This was the perfect property for us coming down with a few kids for soccer tournaments in St. George. Quiet neighborhood, close to the freeway for access to the various venues in the area, and fun for the kids to have the pool and pickleball courts in their off-time. We had 3 families with 13 people ranging from age 6 to mid 40s, and we had plenty of space for everyone and easily could have invited another family. The pool and hot tub were heated and well used.
