"This hotel is fantastic, great location from St Marks Square. The rooms and facilities are all beautiful and the staff couldn't be friendlier. The arrival to the hotel was fantastic, arrival via taxi from the airport directly to the entrance to the hotel. The rooms are well decorated with huge beds, showers and lounge space. This hotel is truly fantastic."

"The service provided by the employees at this property was exceptional. The team provided assistance with airport transfers and transfers to a cruise ship. Email communication was prompt and on the ground service was the best we have received in Europe. The hotel location on the water was safe and convenient short walk to main tourist sites. Restaurant recommendation for dinner was non-touristy, local food and very affordable. This was a great hotel experience -we will definitely return!!"
