"At the end of a 2km dirt road you’ll find this expansive property with modest (extremely comfortable) properties (miners cabins.) Our property had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very compact, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was quite small, but our hosts had provided all the special touches. The highlight was what the sanctuary was all about…. they are an active rescue sanctuary for a wide range of animals....

"We stayed at this wonderfully equipped property including another family with children under 3. Communication, location (quite central, 2min drive to town) and this had everything you could think of. 4 single beds upstairs with DVD player, TV toys and books for small children. The list goes on. We loved our stay and its a credit to the owners. I will be looking to rebook in the winter too. Property was pleasantly clean throughout"

"Lovely tiny house that is exactly what we needed for a getaway not to mention the fresh air and rainforest feel of the place. Quiet area however just k ow that there is some driving on unpaved road to get there so keep in mind when booking and what car you will bring (or just drive extra carefully if its lowered)."

"Lovely property, secluded stay in the forest. The water in the spa came out dirty but otherwise a wonderful getaway. Maybe put some lights up along the path so it’s easy to see at night when driving into the area. "

"Check in isn’t till 3pm. Only 1 x car can park in the property at a time. Must take your own rubbish to the bins when you leave. Huge property in a great location. "
