Mark and Sai take excellent care of this property and there have been several new additions since our last visit. They added a wonderful outdoor eating space-fully equipped with a grill and outdoor seating! If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful Colorado getaway then look no further! We cant wait to return."

"The cabin was perfect for us-quiet, peaceful, surrounded by lots of green space, wildlife, and beautiful scenery. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. It is definitely a part of our fond memories of our visit to Montrose and the Black Canyon. Reese was a huge help when we had battery trouble with our Jeep. THANKYOU REESE."

"Everything was wonderful, especially relaxing out on the deck enjoying the beautiful San Juan mountain range. We had our dog so we made sure we cleaned up upon departure including shaking out the rug, vacuuming and cleaning the home all around. I wish they had more pantry space and an oven, otherwise a perfect vacation."

"Enjoyed our 3 night stay here in late May. No snow on the road and was easy to drive up to cabin from entrance. Beds were comfortable, kitchen very well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils , cookware, etc. Hot tub was nice to relax in after hiking in the Black canyon area. Would stay here again if we return to the area."
