Staff at property were excellent. The room was excellent as well spacious for Tokyo standards and comfortable. 4 people slept great. A pretty decent hotel. My hallway smelled a bit like cigarettes but the room seemed mostly clean. I like that they provide a toothbrush, slippers, and shampoo/body wash/conditioner. My room, strangely enough, featured a glass bathroom door and a window that looks into the bathroom from the bed area. Had some friends over and we had to cover our eyes. Helpful and kind front desk staff. And Akasaka is quite cute! Hotel area is quiet but close to louder streets with good nightlife.
