Maybe we got lucky due to the timing of the trip but, they allowed us to check-in early since we had arrived very early, 0800 early and check-in was not supposed to be until 1500. Then later in the week we had tried through a few different apps to park as the parking garage was full at the hotel since we came back late. We called the front desk service...

"The room was great and a wonderful first stop for the Iceland adventure. Outstanding location and we could walk to all city attractions from the hotel. We took a late night walk all the way down the street and the night life was vibrant and fun. There is also a great food hall less than a block down the street. The staff was skilled, professional, and helpful. I also greatly enjoyed all signs in the hotel- witty and friendly, even when telling you not to do something.
