"Terrible first night in tiny single room in the Manor, couldn't control heating, room far too hot, open windows couldn't be secured so rattled all night. Squeaky, bouncy bed. 'Private bathroom' actually separate from room so had to lock room (lock impossible to understand), take massive bathroom key and towells to bathroom, which was very uninviting, lock up and unlock again. Didn't appreciate label on shower dispenser saying Do Not Remove, or one above taps saying Hot Water - ??? Felt like an...

"The accomodation was very nice and very comfortable. I was only staying for one night. The owner could not of been more thoughtful. She recommended some nice pubs for an evening meal which were fine. My only problem was that there was no television and the WiFi was intermittent so I was at a bit of a loss how to keep occupied. "

"The rooms are very nice, and the food in the pub was excellent. The only negatives were that the only breakfast available mid week was some pastries, which I must have missed on booking, and with the shower on hot, it was tepid and the bed was a little soft for me. Overall. Very good though."

"We found this on Expedia, it was ideally located for our needs, close to Stonehenge, Salisbury and within easy access from Heathrow, the property was clean, well equipped and our host, Diane, had gone the extra mile on every aspect of what we might need. The food was excellent. I really could not find fault in anything about our stay at the Annexe. This is a super place to stay, in fact an 11 out of 10. Great value and a host that knows how to make you feel special. I would stay again next time...

"If located at the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street and at all hours. You’ll need to bring earplugs and eye mask! Also, be aware that the hot water cylinder only heats overnight, so not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings! Building could do with refurbishment."

"Clean and comfortable, but would benefit from refurbishment! If flat is on the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street, at all hours! There are no blackout blinds, so bring an eye mask! Double glazing reduces the noise, but you’ll need ear plugs if sleeping with windows open. The hot water cylinder only heats up at night, so it’s not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings!"
