"This stay overall was great spacious, nice to each have their own bathroom. It does not sit on the lake. There is a home that obstructs the view in front of it but it is a short distance to walk to the beach. Location is very convenient the negatives were the bathtubs a little high for the elderly to get in the shower. The downstairs bathroom with the shower, toilet seat is extremely loose and is it safety hazard and should be replaced ASAP. And the only other thing is I’d check with the...

"Great stay at this property! Easy to find with plenty of parking. 2 kitchens, 5 bedrooms, 2 bath, 2 living rooms, huge patio, ginormous lawn made this a perfect spot for my sister's bachelorette party. We rented a pontoon for the afternoon from right next door then had dinner at the bar/restaurant. This meant we didn't have to drive anywhere all weekend which was great. "The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well stocked in the kitchen to prepare a variety of meals. We loved the 3 levels as that allowed everyone to have space if they needed for quiet time. The group voted to start making this an Annual trip...and we hope to add a few more next year. The hosts were very responsive to my many questions."

"Our family has been doing a winter vacation in the Brainerd Lakes area for over 12 years. This rental did not disappoint in any way. We have grandkids ranging in ages from 6 - 14 and our adults kids too. There was enough room for everyone to spend time together or find a quiet spot to themselves! "We had a relaxing stay at this beautiful condo. It had everything we needed. our original plan was to snowmobile New Year’s weekend. However, the Minnesota weather did not cooperate, and there is no snow. However, we still enjoyed ourselves immensely. We enjoyed relaxing and playing games and enjoying movies in the fabulous lower level on the super comfy chairs! The owner, Rick, is terrific and a great communicator. Hope to stay here again!"

"If you are looking for a place to connect with nature - this is it! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Easy access to the bike trail (across road) and we made our way to Zorbas for a picnic lunch and even a few drinks for grandma and Grandpa. Dock and water toys were wonderful would have enjoyed even more with some chairs. Only unexpected part of the property was the trolley to the water but definitely appreciated it as it was the only option to get to the dock. Michael was super to work with...

"A little piece of serenity which allows you to enjoy the beauty of MN. We enjoyed kayaking right from the property each day, watching/listening to the wildlife and had delicious pizza at Zorbas on Gull. It was fun to see the blooming lily pads and vegetation at this time of the year. Eric is a great host!"

"What a beautiful & peaceful little spot! The cozy cabin had everything that we would need & we stayed nice & warm! Tighter parking area with our truck & trailer, but made it just fine. All the comforts of home! The owners welcomed us when we got there. Would stay again!!"
