"The house was very spacious but cozy. We loved the location near the Torreon grill and golf club."

"A group of us were there for the Billie Family Foundation golf tournament that Barry Nicks helped run, the house was amazing, sadly we had a few people cancel, but it was perfect, the house was in excellent shape, everything we needed was right there for us, to the point we kinda felt bad we were not able to utilize all the amenities of the house. Again an amazing place to stay and would love to stay there again. Thank you."

"Spacious home with three well sized bedrooms and bathrooms. The master bedroom is in the other side of the home making for a great quiet area for the adults. The gated in front yard was a great space for kids. The neighbors were very friendly!"

"We had an amazing time with our family. The property is perfect for all ages. The gbabies were entertained the entire time with the downstairs game room. Our littles had every amenity possible without having to lug it along with us. We even got to enjoy waking up to fresh snow and reindeer as the gbabies called the elk in the morning. We will definitely be staying here again it exceeded our expectations!"

"Our family of 4 and 2 dogs just stayed at this property. It is in a nice area close to everything. Big kitchen, clean and comfortable beds( our son wants us to get him the same mattress for home!). Great big yard—our dogs they loved it. The main attraction of this home is the game room! We enjoyed playing pool and darts! Our sons loved the arcade also. They have many more games also. The owner was easy to reach when we had questions. We definitely will like to stay again in the future."

"This property did not disappoint. For two families with four boys (ages 5-11) this setup was perfect. The upsairs, large bonus room has 4 beds, even though in the pictures it looks like 3. The house was spacious and had everything we needed to be very comfortable. All bedrooms had en-suites and the second bedroom with a king was upstairs too, which wasnt exactly clear in the description. All of it worked perfectly for our group. "Very large lot and the house accommodated our group of 8 perfectly. Loved the bikes, kayak, canoe, hot tub and the many other great amenities available. Brian was very accommodating and awesome to work with. We would definitely book this property again."

"This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside."
