"Pluses: room was refreshed since last visit two years ago. Advanced check-in was expedient, best hotel coffee I’ve had! Minuses: TV way to small for the size of the room, my computer monitor is bigger. AC is loud and does not work properly. Kept lowering the thermostat to get room comfortable (for us 68 degrees), had it set at 62 and still too warm. ( it was definitely not 62). The keycard holder said maid service was available by request only, we left the “do not disturb” card on the door...
