"I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected. "This is a lovely well appointed cottage, spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. It is clearly a period property with low ceilings in most rooms, narrow stairs and a beam in the floor of the main bedroom. All of this adds to its charm but would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility difficulties.
