"Room was comfortable and clean. Many amenities were provided to us. Close to the train. There was many places to eat around there many convenience stores. Highly recommend booking this hotel if it’s your first time visiting Japan. Staff is very helpful. They do speak English, which makes it easy to communicate"

"The room was slightly bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. Def still tight though if you have a lot of luggage. The amenities were good and we liked the bathroom. The spot is very convenient. The view from our room was nice. We know it’s next to the red light district, but if you are from America it def doesn’t feel like that and the people standing outside have big jackets on. It’s very easy to ignore them. Plus the area has so many restaurants and people around that it kind of jus feels like they are just there."

"Room was always spotless, they did an amazing job with the cleaning. Staff was excellent, room was spacious for Tokyo and the lounge access included with Premier Grand was a really great feature. Would highly recommend!"
