"I loved this property! Very private, shady, even better than i thought it would be. The cabin was clean and tidy, nice size and even a dish washer! The large pavillion patio is a great space for relaxing. There is actually a small church there too! My dogs and I enjoyed the walking trail. My host Dennis was super nice, friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again, fall should be gorgeous!"

"My wife and I absolutely loved our 4-night stay at the Golden Ridge Cabin. This was the best thought-out vacation rental we have seen yet. The drawers/cabinets and switches were all clearly labeled. We brought our own cookware and whatnot but didn't use them because all kitchen gadgets and doodads were already present! The furniture was comfy and just right for the space. We spent many hours in the screened porch reading and playing games. The hammock was a great idea, we're going to hang one...

"Our stay was very relaxed, the property is in a nice location, nestled in the woods, with a nice amount of lawn in the front. We enjoyed the wildlife, and explored Luray caverns and some of the Shenandoah mountains. The cabin is very simple, but sufficient, and has essentials, although a cabinet somewhere would have been convenient. Thank you for making our great week possible, it was a blessing!"

"This cabin was very comfortable and clean! The kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The views from the inside are just as spectacular on the outside. While the house is not directly on the reiver that was okay. We figured it would be hard to find a house right on the river with amazing views of the mountains off in the distance. The walk down to the river is not bad. It takes about 7 or so minutes. I highly recommend boots or something other than standard shoes if you go before the dew...
