"Such a nice hotel! Very convenient location, with free shuttle to the train station (only about 10 minutes away). Staff was very helpful, answering a couple of emails before our trip in a very prompt manner, as well as being helpful while we were staying there. They were able to hold our bags for us when we arrived several hours prior to check in so we could go sightseeing, and they held them again for us for a couple of hours after checkout so we could see a few more things before leaving town. The room was spacious, modern and clean - very comfortable! I believe we got a very good deal using this site, so we were thrilled to see how nice this hotel was. We loved our two night stay there and would absolutely love to stay there again!"

"Very nicely located near the train station with great service. Stayed with three adults in larger family room and had more than enough room to accommodate everyone. Multiple restaurants allowed for choices in food. Helpful staff provided answers to all questions we had. Highly recommend. "

The location was fantastic since there were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. But most importantly, the staff was incredible. We want to thank Mayumi Tokieda for her help in getting my daughter's wallet back from the train. She went above and beyond calling the JR Line for us to find the wallet and have it waiting for us to pick up when we traveled on to Osaka. Thank you Mayumi! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto. "
