There is a shop about 7 minutes walk away and you could dine at the Parador which is nearby. La Gomera is a beautiful island, wonderful for hikes or just enjoying the spectacular scenery."

"Wir haben zwei abwechslungsreiche Wochen in diesem herrlichen Barranco erlebt. Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet und komfortabel, die überdachteTerrasse mit wunderbarem Ausblick in die Berge kann man bei jedem Wetter benutzen. Der Vermieter stellte uns zum Empfang schon den ersten Lebensmitteleinkauf bereit, was nach der langen Anreise und späten Ankunft sehr hilfreich war. Und es gab selbstgemachten Honig, Mangomarmelade und eigene Zitronen noch dazu, sehr aromatisch und eine nette Geste....

"The apartment is on 3rd floor but we were not aware there were 59 stairs to climb each time. Bit of a struggle carrying cases when we arrived. Think it needs to be made clear on the description because some people may not be capable of climbing that number of stairs and need to know before they book it. "Beautifully presented property. We had a lovely week. The apartment was very convenient for all we needed, local supermarkets, bars, tennis courts, and a great view. Having the pool to cool off in was very refreshing. There was a slight problem with the drain in one of the showers and our host was out immediately to fix it. It does have a number of steps to the apartment and as in Los Gigantes, there are a number of hills to climb whilst getting around, however we coped without any problems....
