    Discover this spectacular newly built luxury villa, situated on the front line of Abama Golf & Resort. With 350 m² elegantly furnished, it offers impressive sea and mountain views, combining comfort, style and privacy.



    On the main floor you will find two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a modern kitchen open to the living room with dining area, a large TV with international channels and access to a spacious terrace of approximately 120 m². The terrace features a heated infinity pool, sun loungers, outdoor dining area with a griddle and a reading corner, as well as a laundry area and carport.



    On the upper floor there are two other bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a whirlpool bath and a dressing room. One of the bedrooms offers panoramic sea views and the other overlooks the Abama lake. The upper terrace has a jacuzzi, sun loungers, an outdoor lounge and a parasol, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunset.



    For greater convenience, within the resort facilities there is a supermarket, ideal for shopping nearby.



    Undoubtedly, a perfect place for a dream stay. Please note that, being next to the golf course, there is a possibility that some golf balls may fall onto the property.

Beautiful Villa

Lovely villa, everything you need for a stay. Excellent quality fixtures and fittings and lots of space. Couple of points that the villa sleeps 8, however dining table only seats 6, and only 6 sunloungers 4 were around the pool and 2 on the roof terrace. There is a small shop at the hotel, 15 minutes walk away, however the walk back is very steep You really need a car due to the location of this villa

Sehr schöne, aussichtsreiche und ruhige Lage, für uns war es ein perfektes Familienhaus. Der kleine, private Sandstrand beim Abama Hotel erreicht man zu Fuss innert 25 Minuten, der Flughafen ist 30 Minuten entfernt und die Attraktionen bei Adeje (Siam Park und Ähnliches) sind innert 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.
