Can’t say the same for the staff at the front desk the ladies were not much of a help and didn’t take the extra steps to accommodate us when we needed something. "Second time at this resort staying at the Royal, last was May 2019. Overall the resort met our expectations except for the restaurants. The quality of the evening dining options has dropped significantly, where most dinners were hardly edible leaving us no option but to grab something at a buffet. We are not picky eaters but flavorless, poorly prepared meals just are not exceptable. This is a very nice resort but this may have been our last visit unfortunately. "

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."

Sur place, il y a un restaurant très très bon. Je vous recommande de rester à celui-ci et de ne pas aller voir ailleurs. Nous avons été déçu à chaque fois que nous mangions à l’extérieur. Nous y sommes restés deux nuits. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. 10 minutes de la plage et rue marchande à deux minutes."
