Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was welcoming, and the food was great! The chefs went out of their way to make special and delicious meals for me because I have a garlic and onion allergy! The resort is on a gorgeous beach and the pools are amazing!

A beautiful resort with very friendly staff. Everyone was very professional and willing to go the extra mile with anything. Food was delicious at all restaurants. I enjoyed having a separate family resort next door which had water park. Private beach was also stellar. Entertainment team did a great job during the day and also at night. Highly recommend!

The rooms were great, staff was amazing. Restocked plenty of towels and beverages. Marcos (activity / entertainment staff) & Bienvenidos (buffet) took great care of us. The food was surprisingly good. Only feedback, wish there was better music at the pool. This is a pretty conservative resort and it shows. But the staff is what makes this place fun,

The staff was genuinely hospitable! Very friendly & welcoming. The communal areas and room were clean and easy to navigate through resort. We tried a few of the restaurants and all were delicious, fast and great service. I will def be back to Secrets!

Hotel property is beautiful- beach is beautiful the rest is ok- not worth the price even if you are a preferred guest and honestly not real sure of the actual benefits- cold oily spring rolls? - there are better options - and don’t book an uber and if you do- please advise the concierge to ensure they can clear the gate to access the property- no one’s tells customers this information- we had to wait for 4 Ubers to access the property- good and bad I get it but being informed is the point.
