Friendly Lobby/front desk staff. Check in was smooth and easy. Entertainment crew was great every day! Chef Israel and the cook Rosaura from the buffet went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us, Rosaura was absolutely amazing all the time. I was very pleased with the room upgrade I received as an Expedia Gold member. Overall, great experience and I’ll definitely go back.

Out of everything I loved the staff at this resort, the attention was immaculate. Honorable mention to Carlos (our butler), Wilson from the main buffet restaurant, Luigi the bartender, Josting. All the bartenders and waiters that I interacted with were amazing and also the entertainment staff. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. While there are a few things that could be improved, overall I had a good experience and would definitely recommend. Getting the VIP package is absolutely worth it.

I often travel alone with my child I expressed interest in having a room that could be accessible and in a busier area. This was accomplished and Merihan was very helpful in this. Staff ar the italian restaurant was lovely and very prompt.
