"We stopped at the Chateau for 2 nights. It’s a charming place, furnished in keeping with the house. Was very comfortable and homely. Tim (one of the owners) gave us lots of information about where to visit. Breakfast was great, fresh bread, cheeses, meats, scrambled egg. "This is a good enough rental but with some touches could be so much better. The biggest problem we had were the stairs to the bedroom, and if you have to use the bathroom you will be using them to descend from the loft beds. They are very narrow very steep and the bannister has come loose. This is a real safety problem and impossible for many people Throughout our stay my wife kept saying well this is how French rentals are. So you understand there was no toilet paper no paper towels no shampoo...
