"There was a problem checking in. The prior guests did not checked out on time. We end up checking in an 1 1/2 past the normal check in time. The unit was lovely, a little dark because the windows are inside the building. It was well equipped. "Mako 54 was amazing. Herlinda was so accommodating to our arrival time. She met us, made sure we completely understood how access to the apartments worked and was always available if we needed anything. We mistakenly left our laptop behind, she’s notified us before we realized it was left behind. We arranged it to be picked up the next day by ours parents without any problems. We recommend this place if you’re looking for a clean, modern and safe place! We will be back!"

"Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . "To review this property, you must rate the check in/out process differently from the condo/building itself. The check in/out process is super inconvenient. I would give it a 2/10. "This was our first time traveling to Puerto Vallarta, and I’m glad we stayed at Los Arcos Suites. We tremendously enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the hotel felt like a peaceful oasis in the midst of the lively Zona Romantica. Everything (beach, pier, the best restaurants, cafes, shops, art galleries, bus stop etc.) was just in short walking distance. Common areas of the hotel were beautifully decorated and well maintained. We loved our spacious suite with fully functional kitchen and huge balcony with partial ocean view. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be back!"
