"I’ll start with the only con of this place: it’s a below ground apartment so it can get humid inside and there are no windows other than the one by the door which gets some light and air from the inner courtyard. The window and A/C help dehumidify the air. Pros: great little place that has everything you need. "The condo was as advertised. Basically furnished and equipped but everything we needed. Irma was great. We asked for a third chair for the balcony and she brought two! The view was spectacular! Definitely recommend!"

"The good We really enjoyed the staff and the hotel itself. The bad. Not a lot of food options for non Mexican dishes and we had zero hot water in our suite. We talked to numerous staff and they said that there was nothing they could do. We also had to ask 3 of our 7 days to have our mini bar restocked. I know these seem like minor issues but we spend a lot of money to not have a hot shower for a week. "
